John and Sally Stark are native Texans, high school sweethearts, and proud parents. In early 2020, they opened Nirvana Wellness and Medspa in Cedar Park out of a combined passion for holistic skincare, body care and the healing arts.
We keep up the with latest, most innovative treatments, and modalities to offer our clients. Your health, happiness and wellbeing are of the upmost priority to us, and we are truly honored to be a part of your self care journey! We have recently moved our office just 25 minutes west from Cedar Park out 1431 to Lago Vista, where you will be graced with serene hillcountry and lake views during your appointment!

Sally Stark is a Licensed Cosmetologist, and Certified Medical Aesthetician with over 20 years experience. Utilizing a multi-modality holistic approach to treat common complaints about the skin and body, like aging, acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, skin laxity, unwanted fat, muscle pain and strength issues, scalp health/dandruff and hair loss. Sally customizes treatments for each individual client using the following modalities: Ultrasound, Microcurrent, RF (radio frequency), MyoSculpt(muscle toning), Cold Plasma AKA Jet Plasma, Oxygen Infusion, Nano-Needling/Dermal Infusions with Mesenchymal and Adipose derived Stem Cells, Growth Factors & Exosomes, manual exfoliation and gentle peels, along with incredibly effective Korean Cosmeceutical product lines to ensure that your skin receives the most effective treatments possible. Looking at the body as a whole, Sally utilizes Skin Mapping to read the surface of the skin, and identify skin issues caused by internal imbalances. This allows us to not only support skin health, but helps restore balance to the body’s internal systems via internal products OsmosisMD Wellness and Vida Lifescience Liposomal Nutrients.

House of PLLA aka HOP (formerly Sculplla) is an advanced Korean skincare line and professional treatment line (backed by clinical trials). All HOP aka House of PLLA products contain Poly-L-Lactic Acid the same ingredient found in Sculptra. PLLA (poly L lactic acid) is a collagen bio stimulator that produces results similar to dermal fillers, but without the need for injections!

Licensed Master Massage Therapist John Stark specializes in therapeutic & clinical level bodywork, advanced neuromuscular therapy, carpel tunnel, piriformis syndrome, SI Joint pain, TMJ, sciatica, lymph drainage (including after body contouring treatments, and surgery), deep tissue, sports massage, myofasial release, stretching, trigger point, swedish, massage for pain management and recovery from injury or surgery.
